Progress is completely individualized, and technique is consistently monitored to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each exercise and the program as a whole. Personal training clients will also gain access to the TrueCoach training software. This is where your program is uploaded, training history is recorded, and feedback is given. TrueCoach also gives every client access to the exercise video library that walks you through every prescribed exercise in your program.
PERSONAL TRAINING
S&C clients are placed on an individualized program based on their athletic performance goals. Programs take a strength focused approach to performance. For sport specific training this is especially important since the foundation of athletic performance is force production capacity. Clients will also gain access to the TrueCoach training software, where programs are uploaded, training is recorded, feedback is given, and the exercise library is accessed. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Like the personal training and strength and conditioning services, clients interested in a customized training template will start with an initial consultation. This consultation will cover your goals, training history, equipment availability, schedule, etc. After the consultation, I will develop a completely personalized 90 day program. This program will be uploaded to TrueCoach, where you’ll have access to the exercise video library and be able to record your training history. This is a popular option for clients who just want a program without day to day coaching.
