Seven months ago, I started training with Jordan. My goal was to “feel/look better” post pregnancy. Not only did I achieve this, over time I hit PRs such as deadlifting 225 pounds, squatting 185 pounds, and my biggest accomplishment with my post pregnancy body… A CHIN UP! Over time I have gotten stronger, feel so much better, and really tightened up my lower abdominal muscles. I typically never talk about my workouts, but today felt right to share my experience. I felt and realized just how far I have come since I started my lifting journey back in November 2022. When I started, I did work sets of 95lbs for a squat with some struggles. Then progressed to squatting a bit over 135lb for 5 sets of 1 rep. Today I squatted 5 reps in 1 set at 135lbs! Crazy to realize how far I have come and have enjoyed each step...including the rough days and the few lifts I'd rather skip out on (#snatch). Excited to see what I can achieve as I work on reaching my goals.

I have been working with Jordan for about 12 weeks now, after starting basically as a new lifter. I took a long period of time off from lifting after focusing more on running. I decided I wanted to get back to lifting to supplement my running, and I was dealing with some back and knee pain when lifting on my own. Thats when I decided to start with Jordan. A couple of form tweaks later, and I haven’t had pain since, and I’m currently the strongest I’ve been since college! All thanks to Jordan’s expertise and his eye for detail!

I’d basically given up on lifting before training with Jordan. As a former D-1 swimmer, I had two repaired meniscus tears in my knees, and a torn labrum and rotator cuff on the same shoulder. I trusted him and started is programming, and not only did it rehabilitate injuries that PT rehab couldn’t fix, but I found joy in working out again!

After 1.5 years of training with Jordan, I became pregnant with my husband and I’s first child. I continued to lift throughout my entire pregnancy, and never felt better. I took a little break after giving birth, but continued to train with Jordan postpartum.

Most women who have given birth complain about pelvic floor issues or bladder issues after giving birth. I had a non-medicated birth and have also had ZERO bladder/pelvic floor issues after birth. I feel stronger and healthier than ever, and it is largely due to Jordan.

I highly recommend Jordan for EVERYONE. He can easily tailor your workouts to your specific goals, whether it be lifting heavy, or (like me) just staying healthy.

Before I started working with Jordan, I was kind of drifting between different fitness programs. I tried everything from CrossFit to functional fitness, but nothing really resonated with me until working with Jordan.
